TASTE
The lively palate shows lime, lemon and spice with hints of crushed apple. Mouth watering laser like acidity will ensure this wine will live for many years.
WINE MAKING
Sourced 100% from the old vines on the Heywood Estate. The grapes were hand harvested at 11.3 Baume and whole bunch pressed. No finings. Filtered then bottled last week of June
