How many guests can we invite?
There is no minimum requirement for guests. We can accommodate up to 80 guests seated inside, and up to 120 for a canapé style wedding.
Does Heywood have a dedicated ceremony space?
With multiple ceremony spaces available, you can add as much or as little personality as you desire to your setting of choice.
What's included?
At a minimum, our wedding packages have your food, beverage and seating needs covered. Download our info booklet for the inclusion breakdown, or contact our team with any specific questions.
Do you have a wet weather option?
Intimate ceremonies can be held indoors in the event of wet weather.
What can we expect to eat and drink?
Whether you opt for stand-up canapés or sit-down share plates, your package preference will determine the style of food and beverage served.
We’ll guide you in curating a complementary drinks selection to elevate the overall experience, featuring predominantly Nick O'Leary Wines, select local producers, craft beers and international champagne. If you’re dreaming of cocktails and champagne towers, our wedding coordinator will work with you to manage those special must-have add-ons.
And yes! We offer a pre-wedding wine tasting as part of our service.
Do you cater for dietary requirements in your packages?
Yes, as long as we receive a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice regarding all dietary requirements.
Can I customise my food/beverage packages?
Yes, you can.
Do you offer a bridal suite?
We don’t have a dedicated bridal suite, but we do have a small private space available if you’d like somewhere to take a moment or freshen up during the day.
Do you have accommodation on site?
Accommodation is not available at Heywood, though we can recommend you some local stays.
