Lime cordial with a lolly nose, yellow peach skin, honeycomb, bruised apples, citrus blossom. Such a delectable wine, silky and viscous texture with focused acid that cleans up the sweet fruit from the front of the palate
White flowers, pine lime, meyer lemon, lime oil, William pears. Very small amount of sweetness that is quickly turned to dry palate feel, almost like sherbet, this Riesling shows much fleshier fruits than the others. The acid starts soft but picks up and drives through to the back of the palate. Very soft and delicate feel on the palate, distinctly a different Riesling from Nick thanks to the Gundaroo vineyard fruit
