Fresh raspberries, strawberry, cherry, pomegranate, pink flowers, undergrowth. A very bright wine that shows supple front palate fruits, flowing through the palate with tart acid to clean it up. When chilled its undergrowth side dissipates and you are left with those berries
Handpicked fruit from multiple Tumbarumba vineyards, 100% carbonic maceration for 2 ½ weeks. After carbonic, the fruit is destemmed and fermented on those stems. Wild yeast fermeneted for 14 days, after placed in a mix of 1-3 year old French oak Barriques for 9 months. This wine was intended for a fresh vibrant style hence the carbonic - can have a slight chill
