Tumbarumba Riesling 2017

Taste:

Sour grapefruit and white blossom aromatics, the palate is generous and intense with a long seamless finish. This wine has a long future ahead.

Winemaking:

A single vineyard wine sourced from the high altitude Cribbin vineyard in Tumbarumba. The grapes were hand harvested at 11.5 Baume and whole bunch pressed. The juice was then cool fermented in stainless steel and the wine held on light lees until bottling in June 2016.
